Our Policy
Cabin rental incidental deposits are non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled with less than 30 days remaining before your arrival date. Deposits for holiday/holiday weekends are not refundable under any conditions if cancelled.
Reschedule requests will only be accepted if there are 30 days or longer remaining before your scheduled arrival date. These requests are subject to availability. * Inclement weather cancellations will not be accepted and deposits non-refundable.
Failure to adhere to your reservation with no communication will forfeit your deposit and you will be charged the remaining balance of your stay.
Cabin Terms and Conditions
Check-in time is 3pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 11am on your departure date. If you need an earlier check-in, please call our office for approval.
Our cabins are always fully cleaned and sanitized to CDC standards. We are taking all the necessary precautions outlined by the government to ensure that our customers have a safe experience at our cabins. Our housekeepers are required to wear mask and gloves while cleaning inside the cabins.
Cabins are non-smoking, vape-free and drug-free (no illegal substance on premise). Guests will be charged a one time $250 cleaning fee if smoking, vaping and / or illegal drug use is detected inside the cabins; you will forfeit your deposit.
If additional cleaning is required of our housekeeping staff at check-out due to the non-cleanliness by our guests, damages to the property or food left behind you will forfeit your deposit.
The maximum capacity per standard cabin is 6 adults. Violators will be evicted, and no refund will be issued. Small children will be exempt from
this rule.
Playing on loft ladders is prohibited. Face the ladder when going up or down. Do not carry objects in your hands while on the ladder.
Park ONLY in the designated gravel parking areas.
Alcohol is permitted. Disorderly conduct is not allowed.
*No atv or any off road vehicles are allowed in any of the rivers.
Please honor the posted speed limit in our atv community.
The reserving guests will be responsible for any damages to your cabin or premises.
Please do not place, burn or leave trash in your fire pit. Outside charcoal grills need to be cleaned prior to the departure of your stay.
We ask that all guest respect your fellow campers and community.
Quiet the noise after 10:00pm for respect of the community and other campers.
No excessive riding in the cabin areas or driveways. No driving or parking your ATV on the grass where the charcoal grills and picnic tables are located.
There are outdoor surveillance cameras around the campground for the protection of your items.
Ready to Reserve
You must reserve with an incidental deposit of $250. Incidental deposits are refundable upon checkout as long as there are no damages or additional charges. If additional charges or damages occur during your stay, you will forfeit your deposit. Cabins cannot be reserved and will not be held without payment. There is a $75 cleaning fee charged at the time of reservation.
All Rentals require a 2-night minimum.
Pet Friendly
Pets that are non-aggressive are allowed with a $20 per pet surcharge per night. No breed restrictions. No more than 1 pet allowed per cabin unless approved by management.
All pets must be registered at check-in. If not registered and found on the premises, you will be evicted and payment and deposit forfeited.
Excessive barking that is a disturbance to other campers will not be allowed.
Pets must be crated if left alone inside the cabin.
Pets should be on a leash at all times while outside or utilize the doggy park. Please clean up any waste left by your pet. If we have to clean the poop you didn’t scoop, then you forfeit your deposit.
Reserving guest is responsible for any damages caused by pets. If any damages occur, incidental deposit will be forfeited.
Pets must be 50 pounds or less due to insurance restrictions and campground policy procedures unless approved by management.
